1/ She was convicted of stealing food from a grocery store. She is married and is the mother of three under age 15. Her husband is the breadwinner for the family but there is seldom enough money to pay all their bills. This is the third time she has been convicted of theft from a store. What factors will the judge consider when sentencing her, and what would be appropriate components of the sentence?

I know that when crafting a sentence the judge considers: The seriousness of the crime, the impact on the victim, circumstances of the defendant ( health/ age/ children/ family job) and criminal record.

But I have trouble with the 2nd question: what would be appropriate components of the sentence?
