1.Sophia applies for a job as a litigation attorney at Simpson & Sterling, a law firm with 500 attorneys. While she is medically able to be vaccinated and has no religious objection to vaccination, for personal reasons she does not want to put anything unnatural in her body. Simpson & Sterling tells Sophia that her job offer is contingent on her being vaccinated. Sophia sues the firm for both:
