1. The familiarity threat appears for most CPAs who have longstanding client relationships. Find a case in CA or your state board website that shows a familiarity threat. (See links in resource tab). Post the link and a short summary of why this shows a familiarity threat. Do not pick a case before 2015.

2. Give an example of a familiarity threat and a possible safeguard to the situation.
