Redraw the network diagram for the construction of the National Cathedral by using the above information provided in the table to complete the network diagram. (4 marks) b. Calculate the minimum overall project completion time of the National Cathedral and identify which activities are critical (4 marks) c. Compute the Total Slack (TS) and Free Slack (FS) for both the critical and the non-critical paths. (4 marks) d. If activity E is delayed by 3 days how is the project completion time affected? (2 mark) e. If activity F is delayed by 3 days how is the project time for completion affected? (2 mark) f. Identify burst, merged and concurrent activities. (4 marks) g. Identify the various stakeholders and their possible risk they post to the completion of the National Cathedral (5 Marks) 2. Project success is dependent on how well risk is managed.
