1. There are some that will argue that employees abuse technology at work. Employees are interacting with social media, answering personal texts, surfing the net, and making and taking personal calls. Are these actions unethical at work? Why or why not?
2. Do employers have the right to monitor websites an employee visits on the company computer, calls taken on company phones, and emails sent on the company computer? Why or why not?
3. Candice had a few too many at the company Christmas party. She took some selfies that were certainly not professional during the party. While still under the influence, she posted the pictures on social media with the caption "Look what I do at work!" When she went to work on Monday morning, she learned that her boss had seen the pictures and the post. Candice was shocked to find out that she was in some "hot water" because of how she made the company look. Candice told her boss that she can't be in trouble for something like this because it was on her own social media account. Who is right, and why?
