5- Total sheets of plywood (4'x8' sheet) for exterior walls, one side only (exterior side)
6- Total sheets of gypsum board (drywall or sheet rock) 5/8" thick for all the interior walls and interior environment.
7- The gypsum board inside bath rooms are known as green board (4x8 water repellent). calculate the total number of green board sheets.
8- Total number of ceiling joists.
9- Add 5% for waste.
10- Add 5% for blocking
