(1) UML Use Case Diagram (15 points) Draw & UML use case diagram for the Toronto Hospital network, ac- cording to the following notes: Doctors can be either specialists or general practitioners. Treatment in- volves a patient and a doctor. For treatment by a general practitioner, there are two possibilities - physical exam or prescription for medication. When conducting a physical exam, tests are done with the patient; results of the tests are collected and evaluated by the doctor, who makes a diagnosis, and then discusses treatment options with the patient. To prescribe medication, the doctor checks for any potential drug interactions, selects between brand name and generic drugs, and then contacts a pharmacy to deliver the pre- scription. In both of these cases, the patient record is checked. Treatment by a specialist is similar, but it also involves advanced diagnostic techniques that depend on the particular symptoms of the patient. Referrals specify how a general practitioner contacts a specialist about a patient. Depending on the results of the physical exam, the general practitioner makes diagno- sis of the patient, and then decides which area of medicine is relevant for future treatment. A doctor whose specialty is in this area is contacted, and an appointment is made.
