1) Use Matlab to simulate a pulse code modulation (PCM) system including transmitter and receiver and meet the following requirements.

Input: Sinusoid signal with frequency 1K Hz.

Quantizer: Uniform quantizer.

Line code in the encoder block: Polar non return-to-zero (NRZ) signaling.

a. Show a figure of the signal after sampler block.

b. Show a figure of the signal after the quantizer block.

c. Show a figure of the signal after the encoder block.

d. Show a figure of the signal after the decoder block.

e. Show a figure contains both sampled signal and the signal after the decoder. Make sure you use different color to represent different signals.

f. Try different number of bits in the quantizer, and add the signals after the decoder in the figure of part e.

g. Comment about the effect of the number of bits in the quantizer.

Someone who is familiar with MATLAB and has substantial knowledge on Communication systems, please help me. PLEASE SOLVE WITH MATLAB AND PROVIDE A CODE IF POSSIBLE. An answer written on paper WILL NOT help me. I am more concerned with the general code to get the problem started, parts a-g are a bonus if you just really know your way around matlab and can provide those too. Otherwise, I should be able to manipulate the code to find all of those figures.
