1. Using HTML5, create a web site that includes the following:

a. Create an index page (index.html) which includes a menu.

b. Create a BIO section page

c. A picture of yourself

d. List any programming languages you have used in the past

e. Include 4 links of your favorite web sites you like to visit each day

Group your site per category. For instance, Golf sites is your first group. Next, list sub-categories for each category. Please use ordered and unordered lists for your categories and sub-categories.

Create a web page for Table listing all your courses you have completed, or you will complete in the future (8 total).

Setup the table columns with Courses, Description, Semester, Number of Credits, Name of your Instructor 1-8 listed

The screen must be easy to read and not hard in the easy.

Create a web page for a form containing all form objects (check box, radio buttons, selection list, etc). The content of your form must have academic information. You choose academic information you want or like. If you do not find any academic information, please use the form attached to this document (see below). Use in your form placeholders, required values, etc Do not forget to add submit and cancel buttons at the end of your form.

Create a web page containing your class syllabus. Please show internal links, email links, etc

The first web page in your web site will be index.html. Give the name you want to other web pages. Use Layout, use Cascade Sheet Styles, etc. You may use style sheets linked to your web pages or inside your web pages as you want. Make your web site a professional web site.
