2.) One of your team members is always an outcast. He/She is always not at all flexible, is outspoken and puts across his/her thoughts boldly, which is not welcomed by the other team members. This has led to a lot of conflicts within the team members. Another issue is - every time this member is put as a part of the team, the other members of that team always ask for this member to be put in a different team stating they cannot work with him/her in the team. There is also a lot of backbiting happening behind the back of this team member. How would you handle this?
