1. You have been hired as a Business Analyst for a software company that develops online learning tools for colleges and universities. Your company wants to launch a new scheduling feature that allows students to see available office hour timeslots and schedule appointments with their professors online. The professors will be able to accept or decline the proposed time.

The Project Manager has asked you to gather requirements for the project. She suggests that you concentrate on gathering these requirements from a few professors at a local college, from a wide variety of students, and look into what other schools have done across Canada.
