The envelopes should be closed and a large commemorative stamp placed in the upper right corner of each one.

A. Create a process chart for this activity, assuming that one person will do all the work.

B. Calculate how long it will take to put 2,000 letters in the envelopes, close them, and affix the stamps to them.

C. Suppose the person who will do this job will be paid $8.00 per hour. How much will it cost to process 2,000 letters, based on your estimate of the time required? D. Consider how each of the following changes would affect this process.
