(10 points) A city planner is interested in determining which routes (Kirby Road and Neil St vs. St. Mary's Road and Neil St) and time of day (lunch time vs. dinner time) resulted in the shortest travel time between from the Animal Science Building to Willard Airport. To study this, 28 people were given a 1970 Pontiac GTO and asked to drive from the Animal Science Building to Willard Airport. Seven of these people were randomly selected to drive at lunchtime and instructed to take Kirby Road and Neil Street (treatment = lunch Kirby), seven people were randomly selected to drive at lunch time and instructed to take St. Mary's Road and Neil Street (treatment = lunch/St. Mary's), seven people were randomly selected to start driving at dinner time and instructed to take Kirby Road and Neil Street (treatment = dinner/Kirby), and the remaining seven people were instructed to start driving at dinner time and instructed to take St. Mary's Road and Neil Street (treatment = dinner/St. Mary's). Suppose that the city planner decided to let the "dinner/Kirby" treatment be designated as the control. Below are the recorded times (in minutes) it took for all 28 participants to drive from the Animal Sciences building to Willard Airport.
