The employer also asked Raymond to hold office discussion in betterventilated areas. After exhausting his FMLA leave entitlemenu [see chapter 11}, Raymond was placed on inactive pay status. The employer offered to permit Raymond to return to work and make accommodations such as instructing staff to refrain from wearing the perfume and allowing him to take breaks to get fresh air.
