Raymond, a social services worker, had difficulty breathing at work when he was exposed to the perfume Japanese I'.'.herryr Blossom worn by coworkers; on one occasion, he sought emergency medical treatment. Raymond's coworkers allegedly mocked his condition on their Face book paga. His employer rejected several of his accommodation requests, including a proposed fragrancefree workplace policy. The employer sent an email message to employees asking that they not FIEEEJILEQ Raymond's cubicle, but instead communicate with him by telephone or email. The employer also asked Raymond to hold office discussion in betterventilated areas. After exhausting his FMLA leave entitlemenu [see chapter 11}, Raymond was placed on inactive pay status. The employer offered to permit Raymond to return to work and make accommodations such as instructing staff to refrain from wearing the perfume and allowing him to take breaks to get fresh air. Raymond rejected these offers and was effectively terminated. Raymond brought an ADA claim against his former employer. Decide the case. Explain
