With the data set above I am looking at the employee assistance programs effectiveness in decreasing stress levels, in nurses working in the hospital, one month versus two months after enrolling in the program.

I am struggling with creating a null and alternative hypothesis. Also, would the ANOVA be the proper way to analyze this data? If so could you help walk me through this in SPSS?
