11.5 (Find the largest & smallest element)

Use pointers to write a function that finds the largest element in an array of integers. Also, write another function that finds the smallest element in an array of integers. Use {6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 3, 99, -21} to test both functions.

NOTE: Solve using pointers arguments in a function call, not using Array functions.
