12. The Research Organization (RO) at the University XYZ conducted four focus groups for John Doe, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs on Campus Dining Services. The focus groups occurred between April 14 and April 21, 2011. The goal was to inform the leadership of the food service provider, Gourmet Cafeteria Catering, and the leadership of Campus Dining Services in what areas the expectations of students are being met and to identify areas that need improvement.
