13. During negotiations for the sale of sheep, the seller said he had 'more or less' 4,000 sheep to sell. The buyer inspected some of the sheep but did not count the numbers available. When the time came for deliver of the sheep, less than 1,000 could be found because the rest had died through drought and cold.
