18) The Canada Labour Code permits employees who believe they were unjustly enriched to do the following EXCEPT for

A) Request in writing a written statement from their employer providing reasons for the dismissal.

B) File a complaint alleging unjust dismissal.

C) Request in writing the reasons for dismissal and file a complaint alleging unjust enrichment within 90 days of the date of dismissal

D) Do nothing because the employee has no rights against the employer per the Act.
