A proposal is a written document where you describe and assess a given situation (problem or opportunity) and then propose a possible solution of how you. the leader, would want to solve the problem or pursue the opportunity. You will be working on different sections of your leadership proposal throughout this module. The proposal will result in a 476 page paper (NOT including the title page and references page) by the end of the module. It will incorporate information that you learn as you progress through the module each week. For this proposal, you should spend some time thinking about the course content to address a selfiidentied, realilife probleml'issue/opportunity at either your place of work or another organization in which you are a member. For this week, open a new Word document and complete the following: - Develop the introduction section of your leadership proposal. This section should be one to two paragraphs.
