Bianca later sold the property to Catherine, and they notified Andrea of the conveyance, giving her 60 days to vacate the premises. Thereafter, Bianca required Andrea to return all furniture transferred to her for her use. Andrea wrote Bianca reiterating that Bianca may call for them in the house where they are found. Another letter was written to Bianca informing her that Andrea could not give up the three (3) gas heaters and the four (4) electric lamps because he would use them until the 15th of the month when the lease was due to expire.

On the 15th of the month, Andrea deposited all the furniture to return the furniture upon Bianca's demand.
