Ensure you show:

An ability to consult and communicate with relevant stakeholders to generate engagement with sustainability policy development

An awareness of which questions to ask when communicating procedures (such as, 'Who is the target audience?' 'What information am I trying to convey?' and 'What format will best suit the information?'

An ability to create the right culture for implementing sustainability procedures (by, for example: training staff appropriately, using constructive criticism, rewarding staff who develop ways to improve, and promoting staff progression).
