3.In December 2018, Rosy, Nancy and Susie decided to form a private limited company under the name of Ronansie Sdn Bhd in a wedding planner business. On 20 December 2018, Rosy entered into a contract with Rainbow Garments Sdn Bhd to order 100 pieces of wedding gown for Ronansie Sdn Bhd. She signed the contract on behalf of the proposed company. The said contract is worth RM 88,000. Ronansie Sdn Bhd was then incorporated on 12 February 2010. The company refused to ratify the contract due to financial constraints. Rainbow Garments Sdn Bhd wants to know its rights against Ronansie Sdn Bhd based on the aforesaid contract.
