2. Put yourself in the shoes of the swimlane owners (potential users of the system, e.g., driver). Think about what they will need to achieve by using the system and translate their needs into user stories, and then organize the user stories in a product backlog.

3. Identify system use cases and draw a system use case diagram in VPP for this business process.

4. Choose one system use case to model its details. Use the use case description/specification template from the project template to organize the details for this use case. ***Each student needs to choose one system use case to work on. If you work as a group, your submission will include a few system use case descriptions. For example, if you have four students in this submission, you should have 4 system use case descriptions for 4 system use cases.
