Patrycja was the managing director of Azure Ltd. Her employment company stated that she was not to solicit customers of Azure Ltd if she were to leave her employment. She was fired from Azure Ltd and immediately set up a rival company called Intrepo Ltd with her husband and brother as sole shareholders and directors to conceal her involvement. Intrepo Ltd solicits customers from Azure Ltd.

Azure Ltd forwards Patrycja a cease and desist letter claiming that she is in breach of her employment contract not to solicit customers of Azure Ltd.

Patrycja believes she has not breached her employment contract because she is not soliciting customers. It is Intrepo Ltd that is soliciting customers.

Advise Patrycja if she is in breach of her employment contract with Azure Ltd.

Sumana is a director of Medico Ltd. She loses interest in her position as director and stops reading board papers. She rarely attends board meetings and when she does attend she fails to pay attention to anything being discussed and casts her board resolution votes without any real interest or understanding of the matter being decided.

Dilbagh is a director of Veritan Pty Ltd. The company manufactures a range of high end gluten free products. Dilbagh uses his position as director to access the recipes of several company products and sells them for a personal profit to a major competitor.

The other directors of Veritan Pty Ltd are accusing Dilbagh of breaching his directors duty.
