(2) Antitrust Question: Assume you rule the world. Or at least the world of U.S. antitrust law. Do you structure the laws to protect small local retailers from competition? Or, say, no, competition is good, to the victor belong the spoils, and if the company is giving consumers what they want, you're not going to interfere? Do you look at whether the company is a monopsony buyer of labor in certain areas with respect to the warehouse and distribution functions and use the law to break up that monopsony or do something else? Any other suggestions?
