2. Best Leadership Influence Choose someone you know personally (ie. Family member, friend, coach, teacher, etc.) who has had an important positive impact on your development as a person and/or leader. Please use specific examples to explain how this person has influenced your development and relate those examples to ONE (1) of the Practices in the text. Consider and explain parallels between your Influence's actions/behaviours and the specific actions/behaviours that are outlined in the Practice you choose. Be sure to think about the whole practice, not just one commitment or behaviour in your discussion. Cite connections to the text using in-text citations that include the page number. IMPORTANT: Identifying only the commitments or only one element of the practice does not effectively illustrate that your Influence conforms to that practice. This section of the assignment should be a minimum of 1 page in length, double spaced (Max. 2 pages)
