The editor of a newspaper wants to accurately identify the characteristics of his market. You want to know if the number of readers in the community is related to their schooling. In a questionnaire he asked the adults who lived in the area, their level of education and the frequency of reading. The results are included in the following table. Determine at a level of significance of .10 if the frequency of reading newspapers in the community differs according to the schooling of the readers.
