2. Dr. Bruce Banner was driving a passenger bus along EDSA, among his passengers were Hawk Eye, Black Widow, Peter Parker, Thor, Tony Stark and Capt. Steve Rogers. While driving, Dr. Bruce Banner was on the phone talking to Dir. Nick Fury and they were actually arguing. Because of the argument Dr. Bruce Banner became mad and transformed into an incredible hulk! This made him loose control of the bus and as a consequence, he hit a bystander, whom they later identified as Loki. As a result of the mishap the passengers suffered injuries. Discuss the rights of the injured passengers namely: Hawk Eye, Black Widow, Peter Parker, Thor, Tony Stark and Capt. Steve Rogers as well as the bystander Loki. State and explain the remedies of the passengers under Article 1157 of the Civil Code and why?
