• Business fixed investment (i.e., business gross fixed capital formation)

• Net exports (= exports - imports)

In the search box, use keywords "Gross Domestic Product, expenditure" and select Table 36-10-0104-01 (or directly search "Table 36-10-0104-01"). For Prices, choose "Current Prices"; For Seasonal adjustment, choose "Seasonally adjusted at annual rates"; then, choose relevant reference period. Find the shares for parts (a) to (d) by dividing each component by GDP and multiplying by 100%.
