2. For a restaurant organisation, analyse the existing diversity policy and practices. Documents and resources will need to be provided by the assessor. Record the insights and results gathered clearly and concisely.

Research and create the review and improvement plan for relevant stakeholders, incorporating appropriate vocabulary, grammatical structure and conventions. Attach to your workbook and submit to the assessor on completion.

3. Conduct a 15-minute role play in front of a small group of at least three people (acting as stakeholders). This may be conducted in a simulated workplace environment. Documents and resources will need to be provided by the assessor.

Using the results and review/plan from Q2, present the information and findings to the stakeholders (learners) using language and non-verbal features appropriate to the audience. (I need your roleplay script to guide my work only. I will not submit your original script and take it as mine.)
