2. In the first-quarter 2021 (1Q-21), the Ringgit Malaysia depreciated by 3.5% against 1 USD. However, there are significant improvements in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in manufacturing sector by 6.6 % in the first- quarter 2021 (1Q-21) from 3.0 % in the fourth-quarter 2020 (4Q-20) followed by agriculture sector from -1.0 % (4Q- 20) to 0.4 % (1Q-21) in contrast with the declining GDP of the remaining economic sectors which are services, mining and construction as illustrated in FIGURE Q2. Evaluate the significant indicators used in the national income statistics in measuring the performance of anyTWO (2)economic sectors. [ 40 marks]
