2. Please reword/rephrase the following paragraphs. (Please keep them in paragraph form)
The comparison is mind-boggling a massive 75% (hands-on-learning) in comparison to 5% (lectures, discussions, etc.,). Concerns regarding excess (retraining) use of AR or VR headsets include headaches or neck strains and harmful radiation due to users being placed in a new type of training environment, that we would not typically be a problem, however users can become addicted by engagement and escape from reality due to such similarities to the real world provided by AR/VR technologies.
To compare, AR/VR has the capability to simulate real-life, high-risk work situations that give trainees the time and opportunity to learn what to do during simulated crisis without putting their own live or anyone else's life at risk. Another comparison of retraining in VR/AR to standard retraining process is more effective learning. VR can recreate exact work setup identical to employee's setup in real life. Virtual reality's ability to replicate an employee's regular environment has resulted in a remarkable 80 percent retention rate for training! Standard retraining methods only provide 20 percent. In addition to the drawbacks, VR has a negative impact on health, especially when used excessively; moving around in a virtual reality world feels different than moving around in the physical world. Therefore, users may feel dizzy and nauseated as the virtual reality fails to simulate a one-to-one depiction of the actual world.
The 1-to-1 representation simply put is the direct and physical meetings of two objects, such as people meeting directly anything that we know of meeting together. Ethics must be followed by companies using AR/VR; companies must be careful about the content the employees are exposed to.
In conclusion, I am expecting great hope that the leadership team will implement my ideas. I believe that the employees will gain significantly since the training process will be cut in half and the firm will save money on labor hours related to training. When training through the use of AR/VR, people retain information way better, which can be a win for both organizations and their employees.
