2) Run a simulation to analyze how the change of arrival rate affect three major waiting line metrics: utilization rate, waiting time and waiting line length. Use the attached excel template with arrival rate ranging from 60 customers/hour to 90 customers/hour with an increment of one customer per hour as in the template (60, 61, 62, ..., 90). Plot the appropriate graphs to illustrate the relationships between arrival rate vs. utilization rate, waiting time and waiting line length individually.
