Show that in the ElGamal PKC, for a given set of parameters (p, g, a) Bob should not use the one time- key k for more than one message. Specifically, suppose Bob encrypts two different messages m₁,m₂ using the same k. Show that if Eve can somehow find out the plaintext m₁ then she can also find out the plaintext m₂.
