Purchased merchandise on account $8,000 Paid to suppliers on account $6,000 Returned to suppliers merchandise worth $400 as defective and received full credit. Collected $7,000 from accounts receivables. Paid a supplier $1,100 in full payment of an invoice of even amount. Paid wages $4,000 of which $1,800 related to the month of September and the rest was advances made to employees. Paid for repairs to delivery vehicle $500 in cash.
