In your answer, please explain what standards of review are generally, as well as how and why they are relevant to health policy. In particular, how does the individual right that will be impacted limit the policy options that you may have to address a particular public health problem. Though you do not need to list all of the standards of review, rights, or cases covered in this class, you are welcome to use examples to clarify your answer.
