2.1. Part A: Prepare "Stakeholders register" In this part of the assessment task, you are required to carry out a stakeholder analysis. This task is to be completed in a team of two students. The Project manager in consultation with the Change manager will perform this task. The role of Project manager will be played by the you. You trainer/assessor will act as Change manager or will allocate the role of Change manager to another student in classroom. To do so, you are required to use the power and interst grid given below and: Identify all the stakeholders relavant to project objectives. Calculate their power and interest rating. Classify stakeholders based on their influence/power on your work. Determine their forms of engagement.
