21. Read the followings very carefully:

On 1st January 2019 Mr.Saga decided to build a new home at his land in Gombak. After carefully choosing the design of his new home and specifications, he allocated RM 2,500,000.00 for the new home. Being a busy businessman, Mr.Saga appointed Amina and Amal Constriction Company to build the house in 6 months from the contract date as per the requirement sets by Mr. Saga and agreed by Amina and Amal Constriction Company. If any defaults after completion of the project, the company will be handling any damage for 1 year from the date of this completion. During the handover period, Amina and Amal Constriction Company explained everything to Mr.Saga and he acknowledged that the project was done as per his specification and he was very happy with the work. He gave the company RM 20,000.00 as gift for good work and promised to introduce this company to among his friends and family. It is understood that, Mr. Saga couldnt monitor the project on regular basis, so he appointed Ms. Rouwaida to look after this project. Ms. Rouwaida was an event organizer in her previous job and agreed to monitor the project till its completion. After staying in the new house for 11 months and 28 days, Mr.Saga saw a huge crack in his bedroom and decided to sue the parties involved.
