please help me write a maximum 15 pages term paper according to following instructions. Our group chose BYD(build your dream) as the company

As part of the study plan a term paper and presentation (22% marks) is needed to do by the students to complete the course. Topic will be given to each group (maximum 5) with a guideline. Students are required to complete the term project before the final exam. There are two parts in the group project; 1) report writing, 2) PowerPoint presentation (12+10marks). Students are requested to follow the instructions strictly.

Instructions for term paper report: 1.Choose a company/organization of your interest. Once the company is selected, do research on the company, and learn to answer the topics mentioned in the next page. 2.Plagiarism is highly discouraged and students must not copy directly from the website(s) and ChatGPT. a.use references when using information from any website(s). Note that only 30% plagiarism will be accepted. If plagiarism is higher than 30%, no marks shall be given for the project/chapter (term paper report). 3.Students must use the following format in the term paper report: a.Font Times New Roman, Font Size 12pts b.Alignment Justify, Spacing 1.5. c.One column format 4.Cover page must be added with Siam university logo (on the top-centered, size 1), Course code, course name, Title of the report (font size 14), prepared by group members name with student ID number, submitted to lecturers name and submission date (see example below). 5.Table of contents with page numbers must be added after the cover page. If there are any pictures, tables given in the report, a separate List of figures needs to be added after table of content page. 6.Work distribution must be added in the second page of the report as well (if it is group work). In the report section, as work distribution, students must write their name beside the topic. It will help the instructor to follow. 7.Submit the pdf version of both report and PowerPoint presentation. 8.Students must use APA referencing for their report (example is given below).
