I think this because between the early twenty to mid thirty range a person experiences many things like graduation, maybe getting married, or even beginning to grow their own family. I think this transition in life brings a person a lot of self growth. Usually during this period a person is finishing up their college journey and starting their career and becoming a full on adult. During this period, they are on their own health insurance, living more independently and finding their true groove in life. I personally think this stage is where a grows the most as they are begning to write their own story and so therefore it is where I think the most change is implemented throughout their development (out of the stages listed). This stage is where people have not only found their own groove, but usually take on more responsibilities. Since they have found their routine in life they usually try to find someone to share it with, and get married and even start their own families. So this stage also bring commitment and responsibility not only for self but others. Engaging with others to develope outward is also a huge step and creates a huge life change so that is another reason I think early adulthood brings the most change.
