A jury in U$.$S v$.$ Jones $(565$ U$.$S: $400,2012)$ found Jones, the defendant, guilty on one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine and $50$ or more grams of cocaine base. He was sentenced to life in prison.
