Using object-oriented programming technique, write a Python program to find the following ones: a- Calculate the monthly change of all members' actual money in Turkish Lira during the year 2023 and print them. (15p) b- Plot a graph indicating cross-exchange rates how Turkish Lira delivered a performance against three foreign currencies during the year 2023.
