Please find how much the investorowns to the bank when the construction is completed. (20%) 4.- Follow-Problem-3.When the project is completed, the investor-will-repay the bank over a-5-year period. The interest rate-is-still-5.5%, and the payments will be made as annuities on a SEMI-ANNUAL basis. Please calculate how much the investor will have to pay for each payment period. (15%)
