You must clearly state the problems you are responding to or trying to solve as consultants (consider the questions provided that frame your analysis). While there is lots of information provided to you throughout the case, you should take care to identify what information makes important contributions to your course of action. 5) Alternatives: Identification of Three Viable Courses of Action In this section, you should outline three potential courses of action that the organizers could take.
