Why are these issues of importance to you ? 1) Jamie is a key person in the company for Allison, he used to support her and gave her the Casino project even if other managers were against. Without the support of Jamie potential evolution/future promotion of Allison are quite compromised. Plus, Allison isn't really appreciated/supported by the other programming managers. 2) It is an important project for the company and the first time that Allison has been assigned an adult gaming project (so more $$$). It is a good opportunity for her to prove her capabilities thus be able to negotiate a promotion. Positive track record during the last 3 years
