3 Part Question. Please answer all 3 parts to get like. Please round to 2 decimal places for each answer.

1.a) Jar Jar forms an aggressive growth portfolio by investing 23% of his savings in GM stock, 23% in Nissan stock, 21% in Kia stock, 11% in an index fund, and the last 22% is allocated on a bond fund. Assume for simplicity that the index fund is a good proxy to the market portfolio and has a beta equal to 1, whereas the bond fund is a good proxy to the riskless asset. The beta of GM stock is 1.24, the beta of Nissan is 1.41, and the beta of Kia is 1.81. If the expected return of the market index is 11% and the risk-free asset yields 4%, what are the beta and the expected return of Jar Jars portfolio? Give your answer rounded to two decimal places.

b) Based on the value of P = 1.06 , what is the expected return of Jar Jar's portfolio?

c) Abrams builds a portfolio by investing in two stocks only: Microsoft (MSFT) and Huawei (SHE). According to the CAPM, the expected risk premium (i.e., the expected return minus the risk-free rate) of MSFT is 9.05% and the expected risk premium of SHE is 6.34%. The beta of MSFT is equal to 1.05. If Abrams puts 78% of his money in MSFT stock and 22% in SHE stock, what is the approximate beta of his portfolio?
