Performance Analysis In this section critical thinking and clear analysis are important Main problems/issues you have encountered for each Lab simulation What was were your analysis and solutions improvements for each Lab simulation and attempts What was were the results for each Lab simulation and attempts Please inform what have implemented and why for each attempt List the decision improvements which have influenced or impacted more the results both, positively and negatively 3.1. Analyze your goals and strategies that you have used for the 3 Lab simulations by using the concepts learned in the course 3.2. Analyze the interactions with different departments in the company for each Lab simulation. Your analysis of the organization will help you to see pros and cons of the current structure and then give recommendations in the next section. 3.3.
