Foozer's is demanding continuous visibility of their premises from Maryland Routes 2 and 4; however, I am concerned that you may have difficulty reconciling this No-Build Zone provision with the requirements of the Forest Retention Area Agreement. Take a look at the illustration of the location of the Forest Buffer Easement Area on the survey as well as proposed Exhibit A to the Foozer's Lease - they both seem to be speaking to the same piece of the property. Are the requirements in the "No-Build Zone" provisions in the last paragraph of Section 6.1 going to be in conflict now or at some point in the future with the requirements of the Forest Retention Area Agreement
