Detergeo would like to improve its energy performance and has decided to implement an energy management system (EnMS) so that energy management is integrated into the company's daily practices. The energy policy is provided below.

Energy policy:

Detergeo is committed to energy efficiency and sustainability, and we will make a strong effort to reduce energy consumption through all means available. We commit to improving our energy efficiency and, therefore, energy performance. This will be done through the implementation of an energy management system, which includes the following:

• We will develop energy objectives and targets to improve our energy performance.
• We will make the necessary resources available (information, funds, etc.) to achieve our energy objectives and targets.
• We will purchase energy-efficient products and services when financially feasible.
